We've all heard the horror stories... the contractors who take the money and run, the scam artists, the guys who do shoddy work. And add to this that contractors can easily put a lien against your house, and you have a recipe for disaster.

Comcast Booting Customers

Comcast has decided to boot customers that download more than four movies per day.

They sent the following to customers today:

"On October 1, 2008, we will post an updated Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) that will go into effect at that time.
