Get Help with Customer Service Nightmares

We purchased a heat pump in November 2007. The rep who sold it to us said we could deduct it off our taxes. When I called Sears to try to find out the cost for just the heat pump, I was tranferred and disconnected 15 times. I spent over 3 hours on the phone trying to get this information. (Their phone system seems to disconnect you if you spend more than 3 minutes on hold.)

Fernando, at Sears.com was trying to help, but when he put me on hold, I got disconnected. Special thanks go to Shauna at the Service Dept. She tried very hard to help, and I will call the original project manager as she suggested. (Sears - could you please clone her?)

Of course, the person who sold us the heater/heat pump never called me back.

THANKS SEARS!!! We'll be sure to buy another Kenmore appliance. NOT.
